Does WAI replace my WMS or sit alongside it?
WAI can do either. It runs as a full warehouse system covering receiving, inventory, orders, returns and refurbish, or it can sit alongside an existing WMS and own the returns and refurbish workflows most WMS platforms do not cover. Integrations and API access let it share data with the systems you already run.
Can you migrate our existing SKU and location data?
Yes. As part of implementation we map your current receiving, QC and disposition flow, configure it in WAI, and migrate your SKU and location data so you go live on your real workflows rather than a blank system.
Does it work on warehouse handhelds?
Yes. Receiving, picking, cycle counts and returns processing are built for the handheld scanners your team uses on the floor, with serial-level and location-and-status tracking throughout.
